3. Enrollment and Payment

Monthly Payments: Coaching fees are charged monthly. Payment is due at the beginning of each month for that month’s sessions.

Payment Methods: We accept payment by direct debit or credit card.

Enrollment Duration: Enrollment covers the specific month for which payment has been made. Continued participation requires payment for each new month.

4. Attendance and Refunds

Non-Attendance: If your child is unable to attend a session due to illness, holidays, or any other reason, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund for the missed session.

Cancellation by Future 11: If we need to cancel a scheduled session, we will apply a pro-rata adjustment to your fees in the following month.

5. User Conduct

By using our Website and participating in our services, you agree to:

Ensure that your child behaves respectfully towards coaches and other participants.

Parents or guardians are responsible for informing Future 11 of any relevant health conditions, allergies, or special needs their child may have before participating in any sessions. While Future 11 staff take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, you acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks.

7. Photography and Videography

Future 11 staff may take photos and videos during sessions for marketing purposes (both online and offline). A separate consent form will be provided during enrollment. If you choose not to give consent, we will ensure that your child’s image is not used in any promotional materials.

8. Termination of Services

Future 11 reserves the right to remove a child from our coaching program if their behaviour is consistently disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a risk to themselves or others. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for the remaining sessions that month.

9. Communication

We primarily communicate with parents or guardians using the email address provided during enrollment. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is current and to regularly check your email for updates regarding your child’s coaching sessions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Future 11 or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Future 11 in the one (1) month prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
